I work with children of all ages, in fact, even pre-conception to help you achieve a well nourished pregnancy. If you have concerns about your child’s growth, intolerances or allergies, eating pattern, nutrient deficiencies, gut health, infant feeding or medical conditions, I would love to help.

Adult nutrition

I assist adults with a wide range of nutrition concerns - general health, gut health, food allergies and intolerances, support for mental health, disordered eating, nutrient deficiencies, weight concerns, pregnancy & breastfeeding, inflammatory & autoimmune conditions. 

Consultation costs

• Adult initial appointment (45-60 mins) | $210

• Adult follow-up appointment (approx 25 mins) | $140

• Extended follow-up appointments (45 / 60 mins) | $155 / $200

• Paediatric initial appointment (0-17yrs) | $180

• Paediatric follow-up appointment | $100

  Many medical insurance plans will contribute to the cost of seeing a NZ Registered Dietitian.
